South Wing

3rd floor exterior walls are up. We are getting interior walls built now. Roof trusses to swing on Tuesday.

The 1st floor wall are going up on the south wing. 

The exterior is moving along on the North Wing.

Concrete is being poured in the parking garage. 

Electrical fixtures are being installed. 

Doors, base and casing are being installed. 

Brick veneer is being installed. 

Middle wing - 1/2 trusses are prepped and being swung today. 

Project Update

A busy Friday on site at Apollo. The 2nd floor is being textured.

We will paint out 2nd floor on Monday.

 

 

Millwork is being delivered. A photo of the unit entry doors.

The elevator shaft is complete.

The masons are now prepping the 1st wall for the brick veneer.

The remaining 4th floor units in the middle wing are being framed out.

The mortar for the brick veneer is being delivered.

The 1st truck of roof trusses for the middle wing is being delivered.

MGE is putting the permanent gas service into the building.
