4th floor units are under going final inspections.

 

 

 



Landscaping is coming around the front of the building.

The insulation for the entire building will be complete Friday. 

The pool has been poured and is being backfilled. 

The sidewalk out front is being poured and black dirt is getting spread.

The community room fire place is installed. 

The tray ceilings in the community room are built. 

The pool deck walls are being poured. 

One of the bio infiltration ponds are installed. 

Concrete

We are getting the main sidewalks poured and preparing to start pouring the driveway. 

Insulation is complete on 3rd floor of the south wing and we are starting to drywall.

The parking lot curbs are poured. 

The retaining walls are going in by the overhead door.

Carpet is starting to go in the north wing units. 

Sidewalk and curbs are getting ready to go in. 

The exterior is moving along.
