Update

The north wing, floors 2 through 4 are nearly complete with roughing the mechanicals. 

The middle wing, roof trusses being set early next week with the roof going on August 11th

The south wing, 2nd floor deck is on and exterior walls are being built. 

Construction Update

The 4th floor roof is sheathed and ready for the roof to be dried in tomorrow. 

The middle wing is ready for 3rd floor trusses to be set tomorrow. 

June update

The roof trusses are being set for the North Wing. 

The Middle Wing - 2nd floor trusses are set, floor is sheathed and we are building exterior walls. 

The frost walls have been poured for the pool deck and we are working on forming the rest of the walls. 

Update

The middle wing - 1st floor walls are built and we will swing the 2nd floor trusses next week. Yesterday the 4th floor trusses were set and we will begin sheathing the floor today. 

May Update

The 2nd floor of the north wing is going up and finalizing the grade in the parking before the pre-cast comes on Monday. 

Pre-Cast

The pre-cast is starting to be set. It will take about 6 days to set the first part of the building. We are also working on finishing the 2nd portion of the foundation. 

The foundation continued.

Another large section of the foundation has been poured. Will start the wall opposite on Monday.
